"The many reasons you'll be glad you chose Stephanie. We've known Stephanie professionally for about 20 years. We most recently had Stephanie represent us in 2 sales (in Los Feliz and in Long Beach). We are thrilled to work with her because: 1) She is a consummate professional. Everything is done correctly, quickly and with the objective of meeting our goals. We're experienced in real estate, but we're not necessarily easy clients. There's never any conflict with her - we easily agree on price, terms etc. And, many of these small agreements are simply Stephanie saying, "yes, of course we can do that" - and then she is all in. For example - on both recent sales we made a case for listing a bit higher than Stephanie's thorough presentation of comps/data indicated. She said fine, and in one case we were validated by a very quick sale. In the other her valuation was validated with a longer sale period and price reduction. 2) Stephanie is a wonderful communicator. She gets right back to you, and happily handles things I had imagined would fall onto my plate. She found and scheduled painters, she took on every appointment for repair, staging etc. We were on the other side of the world and the transaction kept going apace in one example. But it's more than this. We enjoy talking/texting/emailing with Stephanie. Conversations are conducted at our pace. We have some good laughs. And she remembers what we've put forth. In one case years ago we complained about fees from escrow that we considered to be "junk". She got them eliminated or reduced, and on the next transaction announced she was working with a new escrow and before we could remind her of our dislike of junk fees she said "you'll really like them, no junk fees". And she was completely correct about this. 3) I don't think she's ever said no. I've dragged her all over Southern California looking at property (ask her about our deer sighting). It just feels like nothing is impossible with her. 4) Finally and most importantly - results. All of the above would be meaningless without results. We sold at great prices when others couldn't. She negotiated purchases and got good deals even in bidding wars. We'll never use anyone else."
